Submit a past-due Check-in to preserve your submission history and keep a record of your work for that period.
Before You Begin
- Check-ins that are more than 35 days overdue cannot be submitted. Contact 15Five Support if you need to submit a Check-in older than 35 days.
Steps
- Click Check-ins in the left navigation.
- Locate the past-due Check-in:
- For a recent period: find it in the My recent Check-ins panel on the right side of the page. - For an older period: click View all to open your Check-in archive, then use the arrows at the bottom to navigate to the correct period.
- Click Fill out Check-in on the past-due entry.
- Complete all Check-in fields.
- Click Submit at the bottom of the page.
Success state: The Check-in no longer appears as past due. Its status updates to reflect a submitted state in your Check-in archive.
If Something Goes Wrong
