The My Information tab in your account settings lets you update your profile photo, name, pronouns, job title, timezone, and any custom attributes your organization has configured.
Before You Begin
Some fields may be greyed out. Greyed-out fields are either non-editable by you or controlled by an active integration. Contact an account admin to update those fields on your behalf.
Steps
- Click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner of 15Five.
- Select My settings from the dropdown menu.
- Click the My information tab.
- To add or replace your profile photo, click the photo area and upload an image file.
- Edit any of the following Personal Information fields: First name, Last name, Hire date, Preferred name, Pronouns, Job title, Employee ID, Email, Location, Timezone.
- If your organization uses custom attributes, edit any fields shown under Additional Information.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
> Profile photo: Maximum file size is 5 MB. Use a square image around 200×200 pixels for best results. Supported formats follow the Pillow image library specification.
> Preferred name: Enter your first name only (for example, "Alex"). Do not enter a full name. Entering a full name causes your last name to appear twice wherever 15Five displays your full name.
> Pronouns: The pronouns you enter are visible to anyone in your organization on your profile page.
> Additional Information: This section appears only if an admin has created custom attributes for your organization. Visibility and edit permissions for each attribute are set by the admin who created it.
If Something Goes Wrong
