Manage your notification preferences

Use this article to review and update which 15Five notifications you receive and how (email or Slack).

Before You Begin

Steps

  1. Click the Settings gear in the top-right corner of 15Five.
  2. Click My settings at the top of the dropdown menu.
  3. Go to Notifications in the top navigation.
  4. Review the notification list and toggle individual notifications on or off under the Email and Slack columns.

- The Slack column appears only if your organization is integrated with Slack. - A greyed-out toggle cannot be changed — it is controlled by company notification settings or 15Five defaults.

  1. To disable all notifications for a column, toggle the switch at the top of the Email or Slack column to Off.
  2. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

A confirmation message appears at the bottom of the screen when your preferences are saved.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
Slack column does not appear Confirm your organization has enabled the Slack integration Ask your account admin to enable the integration. See Configure 15Five Slack Notification Preferences.
A toggle is greyed out Determine whether the notification is controlled by company settings or 15Five defaults Ask your account admin to adjust company notification settings. See Configure company-wide notification settings.
Changes do not persist after saving Confirm you clicked Save before navigating away Return to Settings > My settings > Notifications and click Save again.
