Access and Download Invoices from the Billing Portal

Account admins and billing admins can access, view, and download invoices directly from the 15Five Billing Portal. When complete, your invoice list is visible under the Invoice tab.

Before You Begin

Steps

  1. Go to Admin > Billing.
  2. Click Billing Portal.
  3. Click the Invoice tab.
  4. Locate the invoice you need.
  5. Click Download next to the invoice.

Your browser downloads the invoice as a PDF. The invoice appears in your downloads folder.

Reading Your Invoice

Invoices include the following fields:

  • Activity — the subscription purchased and the service period (subscription term dates)
  • Qty — the number of seats included in that line item
  • Rate — the cost per seat for the subscription length
  • Subtotal — calculated as Qty × Rate × Service Period
