Right now, you can't download past invoices inside 15Five. To get a copy of an invoice, email ar@15five.com and tell them which invoices you need, for example the billing period or invoice date.
Reading Your Invoice
Invoices include the following fields:
- Activity: the subscription purchased and the service period (subscription term dates)
- Qty: the number of seats included in that line item
- Rate: the cost per seat for the subscription length
- Subtotal: calculated as Qty × Rate × Service Period
