Update your payment method in 15Five

Update your payment method in the 15Five Billing Portal to keep your subscription active. When complete, the new card appears as a saved payment method in the Billing Portal.

Before You Begin

Steps

  1. Click the Settings gear icon in the bottom-left corner of 15Five.
  2. Select Company Settings from the dropdown.
  3. Click the Billing tab.
  4. Click Manage Billing Details in the top-right corner.
  5. Click + ADD PAYMENT METHOD in the Billing Portal.
  6. Enter the card number, expiration date, and CVC.
  7. Toggle Set as default card if this card should be the primary payment method.
  8. Click ADD CARD.

What Success Looks Like

The new card appears in the payment methods list in the Billing Portal. If you set it as default, it is labeled as the default card.

Manage or Remove an Existing Payment Method

  1. Go to the Billing Portal (steps 1–4 above).
  2. Click the three-dot menu next to the card you want to manage.
  3. Select Delete to remove the card or Set as default to make it the primary card.

If Something Goes Wrong
