Once review results are shared with a participant, edits to submitted reviews are blocked. Use this process to unshare or reopen results so the required person can edit and resubmit their review.
Before You Begin
Confirm you have the required role for the participant whose results you need to reopen.

Steps
- Go to Reviews in the left navigation.
- Select the active review cycle.
- Click Participants to open the participant list.
- Locate the participant whose results need to be reopened.
- Click the participant's name to open their review details.
- Click Unshare results (or Reopen results if the review is finalized).
- Confirm the action in the dialog that appears.
- Notify the reviewer that their review is now editable.
- After edits are complete, reshare and refinalize results following your standard process.
If Something Goes Wrong
