Manage review email notifications

15Five sends automated emails to review participants for key milestones, due-date reminders, and action-triggered events. Review admins can control which of these emails are active from the company notifications page.

Before You Begin

You must have Review admin access to change company notification settings.

Steps

  1. Click your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner of 15Five.
  2. Select Company Settings from the menu.
  3. Click Notifications in the left sidebar.
  4. Locate the Reviews section of the notifications list.
  5. Toggle each email notification on or off as needed.
  6. Click Save to apply your changes.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
Notifications section is not visible Confirm you have Review admin role assigned Ask an existing Review admin to grant you the role
Toggle changes do not save Check for an unsaved changes warning on the page Click Save before navigating away
Participants report not receiving emails Confirm the relevant notification toggle is on Re-enable the toggle and have participants check spam folders
