Review admins and cycle collaborators can nominate peers, then approve, deny, or remove peer nominations for any participant in an active cycle. This applies only to cycles configured with participant-initiated peer reviews.
Before You Begin
- Peer reviews must be included in the review cycle.
- The cycle must use participant-initiated peer reviews. Peer-initiated peer review cycles have no nomination or approval process.
- You must be a Review admin or a cycle collaborator for this cycle.
Nominate a peer for a participant
- Navigate to Reviews in the main navigation.
- Open the active review cycle.
- Locate the participant and open their participant record.
- Click Manage Peers or the Peers tab.
- Click Nominate Peer.
- Search for and select the person to nominate.
- Click Submit to save the nomination.
Approve a peer nomination
- Navigate to Reviews in the main navigation.
- Open the active review cycle.
- Locate the participant and open their participant record.
- Click Manage Peers or the Peers tab.
- Find the nomination with a Pending status.
- Click Approve.
Deny a peer nomination
- Navigate to Reviews in the main navigation.
- Open the active review cycle.
- Locate the participant and open their participant record.
- Click Manage Peers or the Peers tab.
- Find the nomination with a Pending status.
- Click Decline.
Remove an approved peer nomination
- Navigate to Reviews in the main navigation.
- Open the active review cycle.
- Locate the participant and open their participant record.
- Click Manage Peers or the Peers tab.
- Find the approved peer.
- Click Remove.
If Something Goes Wrong
