Update employee account settings in bulk

Account Admins can update account settings for multiple employees at once using a bulk import CSV. This avoids editing each employee's account settings page individually.

Before You Begin

  • You must have Account Admin access. Managers cannot perform bulk imports.
  • Download the bulk import CSV template before making changes.

Steps

  1. Click People in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Click Import at the top right of the Manage people page.
  3. Click Download template to get the current bulk import CSV template.
  4. Open the CSV in a spreadsheet editor.
  5. Locate the column for each account setting you want to update.
  6. Enter the updated values for each employee row.
  7. Save the file in CSV format.
  8. Return to PeopleImport.
  9. Click Upload CSV and select your saved file.
  10. Review the preview for errors before confirming.
  11. Click Import to apply the changes.
