Employee impersonation gives HR Admins temporary, read-only access to view 15Five from a specific employee's perspective. No actions can be taken and no data beyond the HR Admin's existing permissions is exposed.
What Impersonation Is
HR Admins can view the 15Five interface exactly as a selected employee sees it — without logging in as that employee, submitting anything on their behalf, or accessing private content.
Visibility during impersonation is bounded by the HR Admin's existing role permissions. Private notes, drafts, and unsubmitted content are always hidden.
Who Can Use It
All HR Admins in a 15Five account can impersonate any employee in the account. There is no configuration required and no per-admin access control. Impersonation cannot be globally disabled.
