View the audit log for an engagement campaign

Use the campaign audit log to see who made changes to an engagement campaign, what action was taken, and when. When complete, a timestamped log of all campaign events is visible on screen.

Before You Begin

  • You must have Engagement Admin or Organization Admin access to view the audit log.
  • This feature is available on the Engage, Legacy Perform, and Total Platform pricing packages.
  • An active engagement campaign must exist in your account.

Steps

  1. Go to Surveys > Engagement in the left-hand navigation.
  2. On the Engagement campaigns page, click the name of your active campaign.

- Alternatively, click the ellipsis (…) to the far right of the campaign row and select Track Progress.

  1. Click the Settings gear icon to the right of the campaign name.
  2. Select Audit Log from the dropdown menu.

What a Completed Step Looks Like

The audit log opens and displays a table with three columns: the person who made the change, the action taken, and the timestamp of the change.
