View Engagement Campaign Participants

HR Admins can view the participant list for any Engagement Campaign from the Campaigns Dashboard. When complete, you will see the participant count and individual participant names in the participant management view.

Note: To protect participant confidentiality, the participant list is visible to HR Admins only.

Before You Begin

  • You must have access to the Campaigns Dashboard. Contact your 15Five administrator if this is not visible in your navigation.
  • This feature is available on the Engage, Legacy Perform, and Total Platform pricing packages.

Steps

  1. Go to Campaigns Dashboard.
  2. Click the three dots next to the campaign you want to view.
  3. Click Edit campaign.
  4. Scroll down to the Who do you want to participate section.
  5. Click View participants.

The participant management view opens, showing all participants and their statuses.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
Campaigns Dashboard is not visible in navigation Confirm your account role is HR Admin Ask your 15Five administrator to grant HR Admin access
View participants does not appear Confirm the campaign exists and is not deleted Navigate back to Campaigns Dashboard and confirm the campaign is listed
Participant count shows 0 Confirm the campaign's participation settings include at least one employee group Click Edit campaign and review the Who do you want to participate section
