Resend an engagement survey invitation

Resend an engagement survey invitation to any participant in an active campaign. The participant receives a new email containing their unique survey link.

Before You Begin

Steps

  1. Go to Surveys > Engagement in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Click the name of the active campaign.

> Alternatively, click the ellipsis () to the far right of the campaign row and select Track Progress.

  1. Click the Settings gear icon to the right of the campaign name.
  2. Select Resend Survey.
  3. Locate the participant in the list.
  4. Click the resend icon to the right of the participant's name.

A confirmation toast appears at the bottom of the screen stating the invitation was sent successfully. The participant receives a new email with their unique survey link.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
The Resend Survey option does not appear in the Settings menu Confirm the campaign status is active Invitations can only be resent for active campaigns — end date must not have passed
The participant does not appear in the participant list Confirm the participant is eligible and included in the campaign See Make an Invited User Eligible for Engagement Survey Participation
No confirmation toast appears after clicking the resend icon Refresh the page and attempt the resend again If the issue persists, contact 15Five Support with the campaign name and participant email address
Participant reports not receiving the new invitation email Confirm the participant's email address is correct in their profile Ask the participant to check their spam or junk folder — the sender is notifications@15five.com
