Managers can view feedback that direct reports have shared with them. When the task is complete, the Feedback feed displays all received feedback shared with you by your selected direct report.
Before You Begin
- You must have at least one direct report in 15Five.
- Feedback only appears here if your direct report chose to share it with you. See Share a feedback request with your manager for how sharing works.
Steps
- Go to Feedback in the left-hand navigation.
- Click the People filter.
- Select My direct reports to see feedback for all direct reports, or select a specific direct report's name.
- Click the Feedback type filter.
- Select Received.
The Feedback feed updates to show all received feedback matching your filters.
If Something Goes Wrong
| Issue | Check | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| No feedback appears after filtering | Confirm the direct report shared feedback with their manager — feedback shared only with the recipient is not visible to you | Ask the direct report to reshare the feedback with their manager using the sharing option in their Feedback feed |
| A direct report's name does not appear in the People filter | Confirm the person is assigned to you as a direct report in 15Five | Update the reporting relationship in Admin > People, then return to the Feedback filter |
| Feedback type filter shows no "Received" option | Confirm the Feedback feature is enabled for your account | Contact your 15Five admin to verify Feedback is enabled on your pricing package |
