Feedback lets employees and managers request, give, and view written feedback outside of the review cycle. Admins configure which features are available. Employees can request feedback from colleagues or share it directly.
Key Rules
- Admins must enable Feedback in settings before employees can use it.
- Any employee can request feedback from any colleague, subject to admin configuration.
- Feedback recipients can choose to share received feedback with their manager.
- Managers can view feedback shared with them about their direct reports.
- Feedback given outside a request is sent directly and does not require a request first.
