Set up Agents (Admin)

15Five Agents are AI-powered capabilities built on 15Five's contextual understanding of your organization. By analyzing people data, performance trends, engagement signals, work execution insights, and company context, Agents transform information into meaningful actions, recommendations, and timely guidance.

Unlike generic AI tools that operate with limited context, 15Five Agents have access to a comprehensive view of your workforce and business environment. This enables them to identify what matters most, surface actionable insights, complete tasks, and proactively support managers and employees with relevant recommendations at the right time.

In this article, you'll learn how to set up an Agent by configuring its audience, schedule, and context settings. Once configured, the Agent will be enabled and ready to generate outputs for eligible users.

Before you begin

  • You must be a Company Admin or HR Admin.
  • At least one supported work system must be connected.
  • If you cannot connect integrations yourself, an IT Admin must be available to complete the connection.

You cannot connect an integration. Verify that you have permission to connect work systems. Assign the integration to an IT Admin and wait for approval or completion.
An integration remains in Pending status. Verify whether the assigned IT Admin has reviewed the request. Use the Nudge option or contact the assigned IT Admin directly.
Focus Brief setup options are unavailable. Verify that at least one supported work system is connected. Complete a work system connection before configuring the agent.
