This article explains how an admin turns on AI-Assisted Reviews for the company. When complete, AI-Assisted Reviews is available to select as the review experience when creating or editing a review cycle.
Before You Begin
- This article is relevant to account admins.
- You need access to Agents Hub.
- Available in the Total Platform and Perform & Goals pricing packages.
- Applies to manual review cycles. Lifecycle Reviews are excluded from AI-Assisted Reviews and are unaffected by these settings.

Steps
- Enable the feature in Feature Settings > 15Five AI > AI-Assisted Reviews. See Configure 15Five AI feature settings.
- Go to Agents Hub and enable Performance Reviews AI.
- (Optional) Set company-level Prompt Instructions to shape how 15Five AI approaches the writing. These are company-level and are not configured per cycle. See Set up Prompt Instructions (Admin).
What You Should See
Both settings are required. Enabling them makes AI-Assisted Reviews available as a choice when a cycle is created or edited. It does not by itself decide how any individual cycle behaves.
Each cycle is configured separately. An admin selects the review experience for the cycle, and can target AI drafting to everyone, everyone except selected people or groups, or only selected people or groups. See Configure the review experience for a cycle (Admin).
For new cycles created on or after September 17, Enable 15Five AI is the default selection, and the admin can choose another experience. Cycles that were already draft, upcoming, or active before September 17 stay on the legacy review experience by default.
If Something Goes Wrong
