The Agents Hub is the admin control center for setting up and managing 15Five Agents. It has three tabs: Agents, Integrations, and Context. HR Admins and Company Admins see all three tabs and land on Agents. IT Admins see the Agents Hub but land directly on the Integrations tab.
Before you begin
- Required access to Agents Hub
- This article is relevant to Account admins.
- This feature is available in the Perform and Total Platform pricing packages.
Note: To ensure the highest level of security, 15Five is continually investing in our overall information security program, resources, and expertise. To review 15Five's security documents, and how we handle your company data, see our Trust Website.
Accessing the Agents Hub
- Select Agents in the left navigation.
- Click Agents Hub.
The Agents section is always present in the left navigation for HR Admins, Company Admins, and IT Admins — regardless of whether any Agents are enabled.
Agents tab
The Agents tab is where you browse, manage, and learn about available 15Five Agents. Each agent appears as a card showing its name, description, key capabilities, and current status.
Use the filter tabs at the top to narrow the view:
- All — every agent, including those coming soon.
- Active — only agents currently enabled for your organization.
Use the Search agents bar to find a specific agent by name.
Each agent card includes a status badge (Active, Beta, or Coming soon) and an action button:
- Manage — open the agent's detail page to configure settings, audience, and schedule.
- Learn more — open the agent's detail page to review what it does before enabling it.
- Join the beta — request access to agents currently in beta.
Clicking Manage or Learn more opens a dedicated detail page for that agent with its full configuration. Click Back to Agents Hub at the top of the detail page to return.
At the bottom of the Agents tab, a What should we build next? card lets you suggest new agents via the + Suggest an agent button.
Visible to: HR Admins and Company Admins only.
Integrations tab
The Integrations tab is where admins connect work system integrations that give Agents visibility into how work actually happens. Integration data stays private — Agents only surface insights to people who already have access to that information.
Browse integrations by category using the sidebar on the left (Meetings & chat, Productivity, Sales & support, AI tools), or use the Search integrations bar to find a specific tool. Filter tabs at the top (All, Connected, Available, Coming soon) let you narrow the list by status.
Set up an integration
Click Set up on any available integration to open the setup modal. The modal offers two paths:
- Connect it yourself — for work tools you own or admin. Complete the OAuth or API key flow to authorize the connection.
- Assign to whoever manages it — for tools that require IT or security approval. The assigned person receives a link to review and connect. You are notified when it is done.
Once connected, the integration appears with a Connected badge and begins syncing. Click Manage on any connected integration to pause syncing, remove the connection, or view connection status.
Pending requests
When you assign an integration to someone, the integration card shows a Request pending badge. Click Review request to see the assignee, request date, and status. From there you can send a reminder or cancel the request.
IT Admins land on this tab by default. They see any pending integrations assigned to them and can connect or decline integration connections.
Integration details
Click on any integration card to open a side drawer with detailed information organized into sections:
- Permission-aware — a callout confirming that insights reach only people who were part of the work.
- In short — a quick summary of what connecting does, in three lines.
- What it enables — what agents can do with the integration's context.
- What data is used — exactly what data is read, what is opt-in, and what is never touched.
- Permissions — required permissions for the connection.
- Security and compliance — data handling, retention, and a link to the 15Five Trust Center.
For connected integrations, the drawer also includes:
- Finish setup — optional post-connection steps (such as installing a delivery app or adding the bot to a private channel).
- Disconnecting — what happens when you remove the connection.
Use the integration details drawer to review everything a security or IT team would need before approving a connection.
Request an integration
If the tool you need is not listed, click Request an Integration at the top of the tab to submit a request.
Visible to: HR Admins, Company Admins, and IT Admins.
Context tab
The Context tab is where admins and employees add context that makes Agents specific to your organization. It has two sub-sections with different visibility:
Company Context
Visible to: HR Admins and Company Admins only.
Company-wide context that shapes every Agent output across the organization. Add your management philosophy, business goals, company values, strategy, operating standards, and anything else that should inform how Agents reason about your people and work.
Changes here flow immediately into all Agent outputs. Keep Company Context current as organizational priorities evolve — it is not a one-time setup.
My Context
Visible to: All personas (when in the configured audience).
Individual-level context that any employee can contribute. Employees and managers tell Agents what matters to them right now — current priorities, how they prefer to work, what they are focused on.
My Context flows into outputs scoped to the individual (like their Focus Brief). Employees can add context:
- Through the Add Context modal at the end of each Focus Brief delivery (in Slack or Teams)
- By visiting My Context in the Agents section of the left navigation
- In the platform, employees can resolve, delete, or edit context they have previously provided.
