Use an On-Demand HRIS Sync to immediately fetch the latest employee data from your HRIS and sync it into 15Five. This article explains how to run an On-Demand Sync and when to use it instead of a Manual Sync.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
- You must be an Account Admin or have permission to manage the HRIS Connector.
- Your company must be using a supported HRIS integration through the HRIS Connector.
- On-Demand Syncs are limited to 31 syncs per month.
STEPS
- Click your Settings icon in the bottom-left corner of 15Five.
- Select Integrations
- In the HRIS Connector section, click
- Manage your HRIS Integration
- On the HRIS Connector page, click Run On-Demand Sync.
Confirmation: The sync begins immediately, and the latest HRIS data is automatically synced into 15Five. The process may take up to 30 minutes to complete.
IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

| The Run On-Demand Sync button isn't available. | Confirm your account has permission to manage the HRIS Connector and that your integration supports On-Demand Sync. | Contact your Account Admin or verify your HRIS Connector configuration. |
| Recent HRIS changes aren't reflected after running an On-Demand Sync. | Verify the changes exist in your HRIS and allow up to 30 minutes for the sync to finish. | If the updates still don't appear after the sync completes, contact 15Five Support. |
| You can't start another On-Demand Sync. | Review the number of remaining monthly On-Demand Sync credits shown in the dialog. | Wait until your monthly quota resets or use the scheduled daily sync if immediate updates aren't required. |
