HR Admins can rename, pin, delete, and search their Amaya conversations. When you finish, your conversations are named and organized so you can find past work again.
Before You Begin
- You have the HR Admin role. Amaya is available to HR Admins only.
- Your company is on the Perform or Total Platform plan.
- 15Five AI features are turned on. See Configure 15Five AI feature settings.
Steps
Your recent conversations are listed in a sidebar in the left navigation. You can manage a conversation from two places: the icon beside the conversation title at the top of an open conversation, or the three-dot menu beside a conversation in the sidebar.
Rename a conversation
- Open Amaya from the left navigation or the Home page.
- Select the icon beside the conversation title, or the conversation's three-dot menu.
- Select the rename option.
- Type the new name.
- Press Enter.
Confirmation: The conversation shows the new name in the sidebar.
Pin a conversation
- Open Amaya from the left navigation or the Home page.
- Select the icon beside the conversation title, or the conversation's three-dot menu.
- Select the pin option.
Confirmation: The conversation shows as pinned in the sidebar.
Delete a conversation
- Open Amaya from the left navigation or the Home page.
- Select the icon beside the conversation title, or the conversation's three-dot menu.
- Select the delete option.
Confirmation: The conversation no longer appears in the sidebar.
Search your conversations
Search looks through your own Amaya conversations by title and message text. It also finds files Amaya created in your conversations, by file name. Results that match a conversation title come first, followed by the most recently active conversations.
- Open Amaya from the left navigation or the Home page.
- Open conversation search.
- Type a word from a conversation title, a message, or a file name.
- Select a result to open it.
Confirmation: The conversation or file you selected opens.
If you open search without typing anything, it shows your latest conversations and files.
If Something Goes Wrong
