If Something Goes Wrong
| Issue | Check | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| A file does not attach | The file type is in the supported list | Save the file as a supported type, such as .pdf or .docx, then attach it again. |
| A file is too large | The file is 10 MB or smaller | Reduce the file size below 10 MB, or split it into smaller files. |
| The files in one message are too large together | All files in the message total 20 MB or less | Send some of the files in a second message. |
| You need to attach more than 5 files | The number of files in the message | Attach up to 5 files, send the message, then attach the rest in your next message. |
| Amaya does not appear in the left navigation or on Home | Your role, your plan, and whether 15Five AI features are on | Ask your 15Five admin to give you the HR Admin role or turn on 15Five AI features. |
