Account Admins can enable or disable 15Five AI tools organization-wide and control two sub-settings: 15Five AI for Managers and AI-Assisted Reviews for Managers. When complete, each toggle reflects its saved state immediately — no additional save action is required.
Before You Begin
- You must have Account Admin access. See Account Admin capabilities in 15Five — Feature Overview for role requirements.
- Your account must be on the Perform or Total Platform pricing package. Sub-settings are not visible on lower tiers.
Steps
- Go to Settings (gear icon, bottom-left corner) > Features.
- Click 15Five AI to expand the settings section.
- Toggle Enable 15Five AI on or off.
- When off, all AI tools are disabled for all users. The two sub-settings below are inactive. - When on, sub-settings become configurable.
- Toggle 15Five AI for Managers on or off.
- Controls AI-powered tools in Check-ins, Objectives, High Fives, and 1-on-1s.
- Toggle AI-Assisted Reviews for Managers on or off.
- Controls AI drafting and summarization tools during manager reviews in a performance review cycle.
