What are Engagement action plans? 💡
Action plans are a tool within 15Five's Engagement feature that allows users to create specific, actionable plans that leaders can utilize to improve engagement drivers. Actions are tied to groups and owned by the person who creates the action.
During the process of creating an action plan, an individual is presented with suggested drivers to create actions for based on group survey results. Once they select a driver, they can choose from a list of actions that have proven effective in improving their chosen engagement driver— making it easy to take data-driven action.
Tip
Groups who log an action directed toward improving a driver are proven to see a score increase for their team. That said, we recommend having leaders commit to an action following each engagement campaign.
