[Review] Multi-Answer Questions: Admins can now enable “Allow multiple answers” on multiple-choice questions, allowing review participants to select more than one response. This update gives HR teams and managers more flexibility and nuance in collecting feedback, helping capture richer and more complete insights. Admins can also set minimum and maximum selection limits to guide responses. (Can be used in PMA but cannot be calibrated.) Released October 15th.

[Strategic Index] Salary Data from Comprehensive.io: Strategic Index and Core Attributes coverage now fully include salary data from comprehensive.io. Until now, customers bringing in salary data via comprehensive.io weren’t earning Strategic Index points for it. Not only do they get credit in the Index now, but their “salary” core attribute coverage will also improve automatically. This tightens the loop on compensation insights and makes the Strategic Index even more reflective of reality. Another step toward helping customers connect people data directly to business impact. [Engagement] Refined targeting options in Engage campaigns: HR admins can now target campaigns using hierarchy, manager, and location attributes. Targeting by "Groups" remains unchanged - customer can still create campaigns targeting certain groups.We already provide stronger, more reliable targeting in 15Five through groups. This change simplifies targeting, reduces risk, and ensures consistency across campaigns. Demographic attributes will no longer be available when selecting “Specific groups” for campaign targeting. Refined targeting options in Engage campaigns: HR admins can now target campaigns using hierarchy, manager, and location attributes. Targeting by "Groups" remains unchanged - customer can still create campaigns targeting certain groups.We already provide stronger, more reliable targeting in 15Five through groups. This change simplifies targeting, reduces risk, and ensures consistency across campaigns. Demographic attributes will no longer be available when selecting “Specific groups” for campaign targeting. Salary Data from Comprehensive.io: Strategic Index and Core Attributes coverage now fully include salary data from comprehensive.io. Until now, customers bringing in salary data via comprehensive.io weren’t earning Strategic Index points for it. Not only do they get credit in the Index now, but their “salary” core attribute coverage will also improve automatically. This tightens the loop on compensation insights and makes the Strategic Index even more reflective of reality. Another step toward helping customers connect people data directly to business impact. Submit Check-ins Directly from Slack: You can now complete and submit Check-ins right inside Slack — including: Pulse, Questions, Priorities, and OKRs.
