👥 Leaders and Admins with access to results can create action plans.
We've said it once, and we'll say it again— using engagement surveys at your organization won't create change unless you use the results to instigate action. Enter: action plans, a tool within 15Five's Engage feature that allows you to create specific, actionable plans that leaders can utilize to improve engagement drivers. Actions are tied to groups and are owned by the person who creates the action.
In this article, you will learn...
Create an action plan
- Click Engagement in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation to open the Engage Portal.
- You will be taken to the Engage Portal. From here, click Actions in the main, left-hand navigation.
- Click into the 'My Actions' or 'All Action Plans' tab, then push the + Create New Action button.
- Choose the target group. Select which group of people who want to create the action for.
- Choose which engagement driver you want to focus the action on. We will recommend three potential drivers that could use action, but you can access the full list of engagement drivers by clicking Expand. Information about each driver is available to help guide the decision.
- Select the action you will take. 15Five provides recommended actions that we've seen yield results. You also have the option to add a custom action if you have your own action you would like to implement.
- Review and submit your action plan. You can confirm your action plan before it is submitted.
- Once you submit your action plan, you will receive a follow-up email with confirmation of the action you committed to.
- You can review your plan at any time from the Action Dashboard.
