In this article, we'll walk through how to resend an engagement survey invitation to an employee. An employee's engagement survey invitation contains the unique link they need to access and complete the survey. If an employee reports that they didn't receive an email, or if you want to give them a nudge to complete their survey in addition to notifications already sent out during an engagement campaign, you can follow the steps below to resend their invitation.

Resend an engagement survey invitation

  1. Click Surveys in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation, then select Engagement.

  2. You'll land on the Engagement campaigns page in 15Five. From here, click on the name of your active campaign, or click on the ellipsis to the far right, and select track progress.

  3. Click on the Settings gear to the right of the campaign name, and select resend survey.

  4. Your participant list will appear, and you can click the 🔄 button to the right of the participant to whom you wish to resend the invitation.

  5. A message will appear at the bottom of your screen confirming that the invitation was sent successfully.
