All 15Five users do not have the same amount of permissions. Also, 15Five admins cannot see all 15Fives by default. Role based permissions are listed below.
Administrators: Can manage billing information, modify/create questions company-wide, and manage due dates and user profiles, can reactivate deactivated users, can pull custom reports based on hierarchy and follow settings. Here are some easy steps on how to make someone a 15Five admin. Being an admin does not give visibility into everyone's 15Fives.
Reporters: Can submit a report and answer a Reviewers questions, and only manage their profile
Global viewers: Viewers that can see all 15Fives, can pull all data from custom reports, and can view all dashboard metrics; this is typically for HR teams, Co-Leaders, and Administrators. Global viewers cannot see 1-on-1s, private objectives, private comments, or any other item marked as private. At this time, 1-on-1s are private for reporters and reviewers only. Contact 15Five Support Team to make someone a global viewer.
Group administrators: Can add group-specific questions, edit their team's profiles, and change visibility settings within their group.
Review administrators: Can create review cycles, question templates, and view all in progress and completed review answers- if visibility settings allow for such.
