High Five while reviewing a Check-in

High Fives from managers are some of the most memorable for direct reports. Since these words can have such a big impact, the process of giving your direct report(s) High Fives is seamless. While reviewing your direct reports' Check-ins, you can give them a High Five without ever leaving the Check-in.

  1. Click on Check-ins in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Click to open the 'Team's' tab.

  3. You will see a list of your direct reports' Check-ins for the current Check-in period.

  4. Find the Check-in you want to review. Then click ... to the right of their name, and select 'View Check-in' from the dropdown menu. Screen_Shot_2021-04-13_at_3.45.42_PM.png
  5. Once you're in the Check-in, scroll down to the 'High Fives' section. You will see the option to High Five your direct report. Screen_Shot_2021-04-13_at_10.11.27_AM.png
