1-on-1s: Overview

1-on-1s is a structured meeting tool for managers and employees to run recurring or one-time conversations inside 15Five. It provides shared agendas, talking points, action items, and scheduling options. Admins configure feature-level settings. Managers and employees create, manage, and participate in meetings.

Key Rules

  • Admins must enable 1-on-1s at the account level before managers or employees can use the feature.
  • Either the manager or the employee can add talking points and action items to a shared agenda.
  • 1-on-1 meetings can be scheduled with or without Google Calendar integration.
  • Manager Copilot features (talking point recommendations, team summaries, coaching sessions) are separate capabilities within 1-on-1s and may require additional configuration.
  • Deleting a 1-on-1 removes the meeting record; removing a person from your list does not delete the underlying meeting history.
