Insights Dashboard: Overview

The Insights Dashboard centralizes HR outcome data — engagement, performance, compensation, and manager effectiveness — into scorecards that surface trends and risk areas. Admins and HR leaders use it to monitor workforce patterns across the organization. Managers use Action Plans to respond to team-level findings flagged by the dashboard.

Key Rules

  • Only account admins can enable or disable the Insights Dashboard and its individual tiles.
  • Dashboard visibility is role-based — admins configure which users can access specific scorecards.
  • Each tile (Engagement, Performance, Manager Effectiveness, Compensation) requires its corresponding data source to be active and populated before results appear.
  • The Manager Effectiveness Indicator (MEI) can be disabled independently without turning off the full dashboard.
  • Action Plans are available to Admins, HR leaders, and Managers — each role sees plans scoped to their access level.
