15Five Agents are AI-powered capabilities built on top of the context layer. They turn your organization's performance data, work signals, and company context into actionable insights, coaching briefs, and AI-assisted review writing — delivered to the right person at the right moment.
Two Agents are available today: Focus Brief delivers personalized weekly coaching briefs to managers and employees. AI Assisted Reviews (beta) helps reviewers write higher-quality performance reviews grounded in real evidence.
Key Rules
- Agents are configured by HR Admins and Company Admins from the Agents Hub in the left navigation.
- Work system integrations (Slack, Jira, Google Calendar, etc.) feed real work data into the context layer. Integration data stays private — Agents only surface insights to people who already have access.
- Focus Briefs are delivered via Slack, Microsoft Teams, or email on a recurring schedule. No action is required from recipients.
- AI Assisted Reviews is available as an opt-in beta. Non-beta organizations continue using the current AI Assist experience.
- Context you add — Company Context (set by HR) and My Context (set by individuals) — makes Agent outputs more specific to your organization over time.
