Integrations & Identity: Overview

Integrations & Identity covers how 15Five connects to external systems for user provisioning, authentication, HR data sync, and productivity tools. Admins configure and maintain these connections. Employees interact with a subset of integrations, primarily calendar and Slack. Articles in this section address setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for each integration type.

Key Rules

  • SCIM provisioning requires generating an access token inside 15Five before connecting an identity provider such as Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, or OneLogin.
  • SSO and SCIM are configured independently; enabling one does not automatically enable the other.
  • HRIS integrations sync employee data on a scheduled basis; changes in the HRIS do not appear in 15Five until a sync runs.
  • OKR data integrations (Jira Cloud, Salesforce) are configured per-objective and require admin setup before individual users can connect them.
  • Slack and calendar integrations require both an admin-level enablement step and an individual user connection step before they are fully active.
