Access reviews as a review viewer

The "review viewer" permission in 15Five grants a person read-only visibility into someone's review cycle results. You can be appointed as a cycle-specific review viewer, which grants you visibility into a person's review results for only a specific review cycle, or a global review viewer, which gives you visibility into all review results for a person. This additional visibility is helpful if you are a new manager to someone participating in a cycle or you are a dotted line manager to a participant.

Once you're added as a review viewer, you can view all submitted reviews for the participant, including private manager assessment answers.

  4. Navigate between the tabs below the name header to see answers from all submitted reviews. The tabs will vary depending on what review types were included in the review cycle, as well as the person's role (for example, if the person is not a manager, there won't be an 'Upward' tab, as no upward reviews were written about them). The 'Summary' tab contains all answers from submitted reviews.
