Access 15Five for the first time

Use this article to locate your 15Five invitation email and activate your account. When complete, you will enter the onboarding flow and gain access to 15Five.

Before You Begin

  • You must have been added to 15Five by an admin. If you are unsure, ask your manager or an admin to confirm.

Steps

  1. Open the email inbox associated with your work email address.
  2. Search for an email from welcome@15five.com with the subject line "[Admin name] has invited you to 15Five."
  3. Open the invitation email.
  4. Click Join your team.

You will be taken to the 15Five onboarding flow. Completing the flow confirms your account is active.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
No invitation email in inbox Confirm you are checking the correct work email inbox — the address must match what your admin entered in 15Five Switch to the email account your organization uses for work
Invitation email is not in your inbox Check your spam or junk folder for an email from welcome@15five.com Move the email to your inbox and click Join your team
No invitation email exists at all Confirm with your manager or admin that you have been added to 15Five Ask your admin to send you an invitation — see Send an invitation to a created user in 15Five
