Add or remove Review administrators

Review administrators can create and delete review cycles, manage company review settings, create question templates, manage active cycles, and view all submitted reviews. Assign this role before creating a review cycle.

Before You Begin

  • You must be a 15Five Account Administrator to manage the Review administrator role.
  • This role grants company-wide access to all review cycles and submitted reviews. Assign it only to users who require that access.

Add a Review administrator

  1. Navigate to the Admin panel.
  2. Select Settings from the left navigation.
  3. Click Roles & permissions.
  4. Locate the Review administrator role and click Manage.
  5. Click Add review administrator.
  6. Search for and select the user.
  7. Click Save.

Remove a Review administrator

  1. Navigate to the Admin panel.
  2. Select Settings from the left navigation.
  3. Click Roles & permissions.
  4. Locate the Review administrator role and click Manage.
  5. Find the user you want to remove.
  6. Click the Remove icon next to their name.
  7. Confirm the removal in the dialog.

If Something Goes Wrong

Save button is unavailable Required fields may be incomplete Ensure a user is selected before saving
Role changes do not take effect immediately Browser cache may be stale Refresh the page and verify the user appears in the role list
