Connect your 15Five account to Slack so you can receive 15Five notifications and manage tasks without leaving Slack.
Before You Begin
Your Slack account and 15Five account must use the same email address. If the emails do not match, the app will not link correctly.
A 15Five account admin must have already configured the 15Five–Slack integration for your workspace before you can complete these steps.
Steps
- Open your Slack account and locate the Apps section in the left sidebar.
- Click Add apps.
- Type
15Fivein the search field. - Click 15Five in the search results.
- Confirm that 15Five now appears under the Apps section in the left sidebar.
If Something Goes Wrong

| 15Five does not appear in search results | Confirm your workspace admin has enabled the 15Five–Slack integration | Contact your 15Five account admin to complete the integration setup |

| 15Five does not appear under Apps after install | Refresh Slack or close and reopen the desktop app | Check the Apps section again after restarting |
