Admins can connect 15Five to their organization's Slack workspace from the Integrations settings page. When complete, you are redirected to the Slack settings page in 15Five, confirming the connection is active.
Before You Begin
- You must be a 15Five account admin and a Slack workspace admin. See .
- Only one Slack workspace can be connected to a 15Five account. See .
Steps
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Click Enable next to Slack.
- Click Add to Slack.
- Log into your Slack workspace.
- Click Continue.
- Review the listed permissions, then click Allow.
> Note: You may see an alert that Slack has not reviewed this app. 15Five is not listed in the Slack App Directory but complies with Slack's Terms of Service.
After clicking Allow, you are redirected to the Slack settings page in 15Five. The Slack entry in Integrations now shows a Manage button, confirming the integration is active.
Disable the Integration
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Click Manage next to Slack.
- Click Disable Slack.
Your configuration preferences are preserved and restored if you re-enable the integration.
If Something Goes Wrong
