If Something Goes Wrong
| Issue | Check | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| No three-dot menu visible on an action | Confirm the action is a User Action, not a System Action | System Actions do not support archive. No fix available. |
| Comment field not visible | Confirm the action detail panel is fully open | Click directly on the action title to expand the full detail view |
| Archived actions not appearing after filtering | Confirm Archived is selected in the Status filter, not another status | Deselect all other status filters and select Archived only |
| Delete link not visible | Confirm you own the action or were assigned it with edit permissions | Actions assigned to you by others may only allow commenting, not deletion |
