Navigate the 15Five Sidebar as an HR Admin

The left-hand sidebar in 15Five changes based on your role. As an HR Admin, you see the most complete navigation available, covering strategy, people management, and team tools.

Before You Begin

Your account must have HR Admin permissions assigned by an Account Admin. Sidebar items vary by your company's 15Five pricing plan.

Steps

  1. Log in to 15Five and locate the left-hand sidebar.
  2. Click Outcomes Dashboard to access engagement, performance, and turnover metrics.
  3. Click Action Plans (nested under Outcomes Dashboard) to create and manage org-level Action Plans.
  4. Click Platform Reports to view Check-in, 1-on-1, and Objectives activity data.
  5. Click People to manage individuals, permissions, groups, attributes, imports, and exports.
  6. Click Surveys to access Engagement and Lifecycle survey tools.
  7. Click Best-Self Review® to configure review cycles, templates, and results.
  8. Click Feedback to share or review peer feedback.
  9. Click Actions to view your assigned actions, manage org-wide actions, and access Action Plans.
  10. Click Manager Coaching to view coaching session data and assign learning journeys.
  11. Click Objectives (under Manager Tools) to create OKRs and monitor progress.
  12. Click Check-ins to complete your own Check-in and review team submissions.
  13. Click 1-on-1s to access and manage meeting agendas.
  14. Click High Fives to recognize employees or view the org-wide recognition dashboard.
  15. Click Career Hub to access career growth responses for yourself and your team.
