Understand Custom Reports in 15Five

Custom reports surface raw data across five feature areas in 15Five. The only data exclusively available in custom reports — not in feature-specific dashboards — is High Fives. For all other report types, feature-specific reporting provides more analysis depth.

Custom reports are available to Account admins on the Perform, Total Platform, and Focus (legacy) pricing packages.

Feature Structure

Custom reports live under Insights > Reports > Custom Reports. Each report is generated on demand, saved to the Custom Reports dashboard, and exported as a download or print.

You generate one report per data type. Each report type has its own set of columns and filter options.

What You Can Do

Set Up and Run

Analyze with Feature-Specific Reporting

Key Rules

  • You can only generate reports for people you have permission to manage, including yourself.
  • Global viewer permissions are required to run reports covering all users in the organization.
  • High Fives is the only report type with no equivalent feature-specific reporting option.
  • For Pulse, Priorities, Questions, and OKRs, use feature-specific dashboards for trend analysis and use custom reports only when you need raw column-level data not available elsewhere.
  • Editing the filters on an existing saved report does not retroactively update its results. Generate a new report instead.
