Managers use the My Team Dashboard to view a snapshot of their team's Check-ins, Pulse scores, 1-on-1s, and Objectives in one place. When the dashboard loads, each widget displays live data for your direct reports.
Before You Begin
- You must have an active manager relationship with at least one direct report in 15Five.
- Check-ins, Pulse, 1-on-1s, Objectives, High Fives, and Smart Groups must all be enabled by your admin. If any are disabled, the dashboard will not appear.
Steps
- Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner of 15Five.
- Click the My team tab.
The My Team Dashboard loads with the widgets described below.
What's on the My Team Dashboard
Unreviewed Check-ins
Displays Check-ins your direct reports have submitted but you have not yet reviewed. Click Review Check-ins to open the Unreviewed Check-ins page.

Team Pulse
Displays a graph of your direct reports' Pulse responses ("How did you feel at work since your last Check-in?") for the most recent Check-in period. Click See pulse answers to open the Pulse Dashboard.

My 1-on-1s
Displays current 1-on-1s with your direct reports. Click ... to the right of a 1-on-1 to copy a link to the agenda, view the 1-on-1, or view the full history with that direct report.

My Team
Lists all your direct reports. Click ... to the right of a person to view their profile or view their Wins and Challenges.

Team Objectives
Lists Objectives owned by your direct reports. Click View all objectives to open the Objectives Dashboard and see all Objectives you have permission to view.

If Something Goes Wrong
