These settings define how peer and upward reviews operate across all future cycles. Changes here set the defaults; most can be adjusted when creating an individual cycle.
Before You Begin
- You must be an Account Admin.
- Best-Self Review® must be enabled in your pricing package (Perform or Total Platform).
Steps
- Click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
- Select Features from the menu.
- Open the Best-Self Review® section.
- Scroll to Peer and Upward Review Settings.
Peer review defaults
- Under Who initiates peer reviews, select Participants or Peers.
- Under Number of peers, set a minimum and maximum peer count.
- Under Peer nomination approval, select Automatic approval after milestone date or Require manual approval.
- Under Peer review transparency, choose whether participants can see peer comments.
- Choose whether participants can see peer identities.
Upward review defaults
- Under Upward review settings, choose whether managers can see upward review answers.
- Choose whether direct report identities are visible to managers.
Release peer and upward feedback
- Under Release peer and upward feedback, select who can remove peer answers before sharing.
- Select who can remove upward review answers before sharing.
- Click Save.
> Removing feedback hides it from the participant but does not delete it. Grant Review Admins removal permission to protect against sensitive or unhelpful feedback reaching participants.
If Something Goes Wrong
