Configure Objectives display name and scheduling settings

Account admins can rename the Objectives feature terminology and configure calendar and currency defaults from the Objectives settings page. Changes take effect for all users after you save.

Before You Begin

  • You must have Account admin access.
  • Objectives must be available in your pricing package (Perform, Focus Legacy, or Total Platform).

Steps

Navigate to Objectives settings

  1. Click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
  2. Select Features from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Objectives.
  4. Confirm you are on the Objectives settings page with the Settings tab selected.

Set a custom display name

  1. Locate the Display name section.
  2. Enter your preferred singular term in the Objective field (for example, Goal).
  3. Enter your preferred singular term in the Key result field (for example, Sub-goal).

Configure scheduling details

  1. Locate the Scheduling details section.
  2. Click the Business calendar end date field and select your organization's fiscal year end date.
  3. Click the Objective frequency dropdown and select Monthly, Quarterly, Annually, or Custom.

Set the default currency

  1. Locate the Your default currency section.
  2. Click the currency dropdown.
  3. Select your organization's default currency from the list.

Save all changes

  1. Click Save to apply all changes on the Settings tab.
