Admins can control whether people in their organization can follow Objectives they don't own. When enabled, the Follow option appears on individual objectives for all users with Objectives access.
> Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see "Objectives" in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.
Before You Begin
- You must be an Account Admin to access Objectives feature settings.
- This setting is available on the Perform, Focus (Legacy), and Total Platform pricing packages.
Steps
- Click the Settings gear icon in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
- Select Features from the dropdown menu.
- Click Objectives.
- Expand the Following Objectives section.
- Toggle the option On to allow following, or Off to disable it.
- Click Save.
The toggle reflects its saved state immediately. If the toggle position does not change after clicking Save, see the troubleshooting section below.
If Something Goes Wrong
| Issue | Check | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Save button is not active after toggling | Confirm the toggle position changed from its previous state | Toggle the option again, then click Save |
| Toggle reverts after saving | Check whether your browser is blocking page updates | Hard-refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R) and repeat the steps |
| Objectives option does not appear under Features | Confirm your account includes Objectives in its pricing package | Contact 15Five Support to verify feature availability for your plan |
