> Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see "Objectives" in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.
This article covers how to enable the group visibility setting for Objectives. When enabled, any objective created with 15Five permissions is automatically visible to all members of the designated group.
Before You Begin
- You must have Account Admin access with permissions to both Objectives and Feature settings.
- This feature is available on the Focus and Total Platform pricing packages.
Steps
- Click the Settings gear icon in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
- Select Features from the dropdown menu.
- Click Objectives to expand that section.
- Click the Permissions tab in the top navigation bar.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to Objectives privacy settings.
- Toggle on Enable objectives for groups.
- Click Save.
- Review the confirmation popup that appears.
- Click Got it. Save permissions.
What Confirms Completion
The Enable objectives for groups toggle remains on after saving, and the confirmation popup has closed. From this point forward, any new objective set to 15Five permissions is automatically visible to all members of the designated group and their hierarchies.
