From the Actions List on your homepage, you can create three types of User actions for yourself: Actions, Discussions, and Blockers. Each type appears in your Actions List immediately after creation.
Before You Begin
You must have access to the 15Five homepage. This feature is available in all pricing packages.
Steps
Create an Action
- Go to your Homepage.
- Locate the Actions List panel.
- Click + Add action.
- Select Action from the type menu.
- Enter a title for the action.
- Set visibility to Public or Private.
- Click Save.
Create a Discussion
- Go to your Homepage.
- Locate the Actions List panel.
- Click + Add action.
- Select Discussion from the type menu.
- Enter a title for the discussion.
- Set visibility to Public or Private.
- Click Save.
Create a Blocker
- Go to your Homepage.
- Locate the Actions List panel.
- Click + Add action.
- Select Blocker from the type menu.
- Enter a title describing the obstacle.
- Click Save.
After saving, 15Five notifies your manager, makes the Blocker visible to both of you, and adds it to your current 1-on-1 as a talking point.
If Something Goes Wrong
