Data Insights on the HR Outcomes Dashboard

The HR Outcomes Dashboard surfaces seven data insights that help HR admins evaluate Engagement, Performance, and Turnover trends across the organization.

Access: Go to Outcomes Dashboard in the left-hand navigation. Data insights appear beneath the Engagement, Performance, and Turnover tiles.

Required access: HR Outcomes Dashboard access must be assigned. Available on Perform and Total Platform pricing packages.

Note: Two insights have additional requirements:
  • Compensation Fairness is only available to organizations that have purchased 15Five Compensation.
  • Top Performers and Pulse and Pulse are only available if your organization has run at least one engagement campaign. If no campaign has run, Pulse data appears in the Engagement Scorecard instead.

Feature Structure

Compensation Fairness

Shows how employees responded to the engagement statement "I feel the rewards I get are equitable given the work I do," broken down by market rate category: above, at, or below market rate.

Use this insight to identify where below-market compensation correlates with lower fairness perception, and to support data-backed pay decisions.

Chart axes:

  • Y-axis: Percentage of employees by response
  • X-axis: Market rate category (above, at, below)

Objectives Status

Shows the week-over-week change in objective statuses across the organization. Use it to spot early signs of goal misalignment or stagnation.

Chart axes:

  • Y-axis: Total number of company-wide, group, and individual objectives (self-development objectives excluded)
  • X-axis: Timeframe by week
  • Color key: Objective status category (No Status, At Risk, Behind, On Track)

Click Explore at the bottom of the insight to open the Objectives Status Report, which provides a team-level breakdown of status trends.

Performance and Turnover

Compares employee exits over time by performance rating. Use it to assess whether the organization is retaining or losing top performers.

Chart axes:

  • Y-axis: Number of employees who have left the organization
  • X-axis: Timeframe by month
  • Color key: Performance designation

Click Explore to open the Performance and Turnover Report, which shows employee exits over the past six months with department and performance breakdowns.

Top Performers and Engagement

Shows engagement levels among top performers based on the most recent engagement campaign results. Use it to identify disengagement risks among high-impact employees.

Chart axes:

  • Y-axis: Number of employees
  • X-axis: Engagement survey date
  • Color key: Engagement level (based on engagement survey results)

Click Explore latest campaign to view detailed results from the most recent engagement survey. See Access Engagement Campaign Results via the HR Outcomes Dashboard for instructions.

Engagement

Tracks organization-wide engagement trends across all engagement campaigns. Use it to identify patterns and intervene early if disengagement increases.

Chart axes:

  • Y-axis: Number of employees
  • X-axis: Engagement survey dates
  • Color key: Engagement level (based on engagement survey results)

Click Explore latest campaign to open results from the most recent engagement campaign. See Access Engagement Campaign Results via the HR Outcomes Dashboard for instructions.

Top Performers and Pulse

Shows how top performers are responding to the Pulse question in Check-ins ("How did you feel at work since your last Check-in?"). Use it to flag burnout risk and monitor morale among high-performing employees.

Availability: Requires at least one prior engagement campaign. If no campaign has run, Pulse data is available in the Engagement Scorecard.

Chart axes:

  • Y-axis: Number of employees with a top performer designation (based on performance review results)
  • X-axis: Timeframe by month
  • Color key: Numerical Pulse score from the most recent Check-in

Click Explore to open the Pulse Report filtered by top performers, showing sentiment trends across the past 12 months.

Pulse

Tracks the flow of Pulse scores week to week across all active employees, based on Check-in responses to the Pulse question ("How did you feel at work since your last Check-in?").

Availability: Requires at least one prior engagement campaign. If no campaign has run, Pulse data is available in the Engagement Scorecard.

Chart axes:

  • Y-axis: Number of active employees
  • X-axis: Timeframe by month
  • Color key: Pulse score from the most recent Check-in

Click Explore to open the Pulse Report. See Access and Use the Pulse Dashboard for instructions.

Key Rules

  • Data insights appear only after the required data sources are active (engagement campaigns, performance review cycles, Check-ins with Pulse enabled).
  • Compensation Fairness requires a separate 15Five Compensation purchase — it does not appear for organizations without that add-on.
  • The Objectives Status insight excludes self-development objectives from all counts.
  • The Performance and Turnover Report covers the past six months of employee exit data.
  • The Pulse and Top Performers and Pulse insights require at least one completed engagement campaign to display.
