Admins can customize the subject line and message body of the invite email sent to new 15Five users. When complete, the Invite settings section displays your saved subject line and message.
Before You Begin
- You must have Account Admin access to Company settings.
Steps
- Go to Settings > Company settings.
- Scroll to the Invite settings section and click the drop-down arrow on the right to expand it.
- Enter your text in the Email subject line field.
- Enter your text in the Custom invite email message field.
- Click Save.
If Something Goes Wrong
| Issue | Check | Fix |

| Invite settings section is not visible | Confirm your account role is Account Admin | Ask your 15Five Account Admin to grant you Company settings access |
| Save button is inactive | Confirm both the Email subject line and Custom invite email message fields contain text | Add text to any empty field, then click Save |
| Changes do not appear after saving | Reload the page and reopen the Invite settings section | If the saved values are still not shown, contact 15Five Support |
