You can export any of the three Objectives reports — Status, Ownership, or Alignment — as a CSV or XLSX file for offline analysis.
Before You Begin
- You must have access to Objectives reporting. See Objectives reporting — feature overview to confirm access requirements.
- Open the correct report tab before downloading. Each tab has its own Download button.
Steps
Download the Status report
- Click Insights Dashboard in the left-hand navigation.
- Open the Reports tab.
- Click Explore in the Objectives box.
- Click Status in the top navigation.
- Apply any filters to scope the data you want to export.
- Click Download in the top-right corner of the page.
- Select CSV or XLSX.
Download the Ownership report
- Click Insights Dashboard in the left-hand navigation.
- Open the Reports tab.
- Click Explore in the Objectives box.
- Click Ownership in the top navigation.
- Apply any filters to scope the data you want to export.
- Click Download in the top-right corner of the page.
- Select CSV or XLSX.
Download the Alignment report
- Click Insights Dashboard in the left-hand navigation.
- Open the Reports tab.
- Click Explore in the Objectives box.
- Click Alignment in the top navigation.
- Apply any filters to scope the data you want to export.
- Click Download in the top-right corner of the page.
- Select CSV or XLSX.
If Something Goes Wrong
