Download an Objectives report

You can export any of the three Objectives reports — Status, Ownership, or Alignment — as a CSV or XLSX file for offline analysis.

Before You Begin

  • You must have access to Objectives reporting. See Objectives reporting — feature overview to confirm access requirements.
  • Open the correct report tab before downloading. Each tab has its own Download button.

Steps

Download the Status report

  1. Click Insights Dashboard in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Open the Reports tab.
  3. Click Explore in the Objectives box.
  4. Click Status in the top navigation.
  5. Apply any filters to scope the data you want to export.
  6. Click Download in the top-right corner of the page.
  7. Select CSV or XLSX.

Download the Ownership report

  1. Click Insights Dashboard in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Open the Reports tab.
  3. Click Explore in the Objectives box.
  4. Click Ownership in the top navigation.
  5. Apply any filters to scope the data you want to export.
  6. Click Download in the top-right corner of the page.
  7. Select CSV or XLSX.

Download the Alignment report

  1. Click Insights Dashboard in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Open the Reports tab.
  3. Click Explore in the Objectives box.
  4. Click Alignment in the top navigation.
  5. Apply any filters to scope the data you want to export.
  6. Click Download in the top-right corner of the page.
  7. Select CSV or XLSX.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix

File opens with missing columns Confirm the correct filters were applied before downloading Re-apply filters and download again
